Dark chocolate pots

The perfect Valentine dessert, 2 ingredients and 10 minutes to make!

Serves 2

80g dark chocolate, chopped

160 ml cream

Place the chocolate in the processor, whizz for a second or two, boil the cream, then pour on to the chocolate, keep the processor running until both are well mixed and smooth. Divide the chocolate mixture between 2 ramekins or small dishes (approx. 125ml) and leave in the fridge to set, about 3 hours.

Can be made a day ahead.
