Nice and easy.
120g oats
120g desiccated coconut
120g butter
120g soft brown sugar
100g dates, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Line a shallow baking tin 20cm x 33cm with nonstick paper
set oven 180c Gas Mark 4
In the food processor, blitz the coconut and oats together. Melt the butter and brown
sugar in a pan over a low heat, stir in the chopped dates. Add in the oats and coconut.
Stir well to combine. Spoon into the prepared tin and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake for 12/15 minutes, cool in the tin and cut into 12 bars.
