The recipe is so simple you could keep it in your head and tastes delicious .
Line a shallow baking tin 20cm x 33cm approx.. with non-stick baking paper, set the oven 180c Gas 4
100g oats
100g desiccated coconut
100g butter
100g soft brown sugar
Pinch of sea salt
In the food processor, blitz the coconut and oats together. Melt the butter and sugar in a pan over a low heat, add the salt, tip in the oats and coconut, stir well to combine. Spoon the mixture into the lined tin, press down well into a tightly packed layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes, cool in the tin and slice into 12 biscuits.
