Pecan and coffee muffins

Mixed and baked in under 30 minutes

Makes 12

150g self raising flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

100g soft brown sugar

100g pecans, chopped (keep 12 whole)

1 tablespoon golden syrup

80g butter, melted

1 tablespoon Greek style yogurt

100ml strong coffee

Set oven 180c gas 4   Line the muffin tin with cake papers

Mix all the ingredients together and spoon into the prepared

tin, top each one with a pecan and bake for 15/20 minutes.,

Cool in the tin. Best warm from the oven.
