Fennel bread dip

We serve this with our sourdough bread, while you are waiting!

Makes approx 300 ml/20 mins./easy

1 tablesp. Fennel seeds, toasted

1 tablesp, chopped garlic

2 tablesp. Chopped flat leaf parsley

250 ml.  Sunflower oil

Sea salt to taste

Blend everything together and taste for seasoning, store in the fridge and

leave for a day before using, to allow the flavours to blend
